Travel: An Incumbent In This Role Is Required To Travel Up To 40% Of The Time During Each Month Going Out In The Field To Help With In-Market Sales Launches And Conduct Regional Meetings

We are on the hunt for a talented & experienced Director Of Sales to leverage their positive attitude and hunger for success to lead the progressive development and iterative management of our sales department. We need a driven professional with proven sales leadership experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position and in concert with leadership, you will be responsible for establishing and meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions & accounts.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Champion the development, launch, and iterative management of our sales department
    • Lean-into HorsePower Brands’ values of Intellectual Capital, Purpose, Execution, Winning Energy, & Backbone in order to engage in the project management process and drive this work
    • Lead strategic sales vision by crafting and implementing key processes and tools to maximize success
  • Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with franchisees
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with franchisees wherein crucial conversations can be had to drive successful outcomes
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Draft detailed and accurate sales reports
  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
  • Meet with sales managers to assess company performance

Qualifications:

  • GED or high school diploma required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales leadership experience with track record of success required
  • 1-3+ years of HVAC experience
  • Previous franchise experience preferred
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, outstanding training acumen, with exceptional negotiation & leadership skills
